Never never never get a payday loan! Just because it is not illegal doesn't make it a good option. These loans are predatory and come with staggering interest and fees. You will wind up paying nearly double what you borrowed. Also, if you can't pay it back by the due date it automatically renews the interest until it become nearly impossible to get out of it. Please do not do this. If you are short for christmas then you are better off not buying anything and I'm sure your freinds and family would rather you didn't do a payday loan for them. |

I know that you might want to get extra money for buying Christmas gifts, but a payday loan is not the best way to do it. PLEASE take this into consideration. These payday advance and car title loan lenders are pretty much loan sharks operating through loop holes in the system. They rip you off with high fees and get people who are already in financial trouble in a worse position. I have NEVER seen these loans benefit someone! If you do decide to use one then please pay it off and do not take out another loan to pay that one. It begins a vicious cycle. I have seen many people destroy their credit and lives with these loans. People will understand if you do not get them a grand Christmas gift and if not ... It might be time to reevaluate who you associate with. |

In my hometown they are opening up the pay day loan and places where you can get a loan against your car title, on every corner. These are very successful businesses full of people who are hard on their luck. I suspect they are in for a long term debt that is never paid off.
I went in to talk to them for more information and they also cash checks for a huge fee. Once you come in they can lock you out and talk to you behind bullet proof glass. |
