No and don't go there, as I am sure that the credit card industry would simply love hooking you up. You are too young to buy things off the Internet. Ask your parents if they will buy the item, then you get a job and earn money to pay them back. OR you get a job and save the money and give it to your parents and ask them to buy the item outright for you with their credit or bank (debit) card.

Sorry but you aren't going to get one at the age of 14 or 15. You'll get a debit card when you're 16 and a credit card when you're 18. If banks and what not went around giving 14 year olds credit cards, how do you think you'd pay of the balance you'd inevitably run up? With the money from your paper round or from delivering milk? The fact that you've just asked such a stupid question is also another reason why not to give cards to 14 and 15 year olds. [tsk]

try pre-paid cards you might be able to get some at 15 in the UK, just put your money into your card and shop. But you can only spend on how much cash you put into it.
