I was a pawnbroker for a long time. If you have the pawn ticket you can get the items out of pawn. You will need to pay off the loan, including any interest and fees that have accrued. Interest accrues daily, so be sure to do it ASAP. Without the pawn ticket or the money, you will need to file a police report, press charges on your husband and go to trial. You won't get your jewelry right away, it will be on police hold until he is convicted. If you don't have either the ticket or money and don't want to press charges, you're stuck. The shop cannot release the jewelry to you without that ticket or the money. |

You will need the tickets to buy it back from the pawn shop. And the amount of money they gave him. There is a time limit, I believe. |

i guess you could find oyut what pawn shop he went to and try to take a picture of him to the pawn shop and ask if they still have the jewelry that he brought in 2 days ago or describe to them how your jewelry look and ask them if they still have it ...you might have to pay to get it back though |

You'll need to have the pawn ticket to get the stuff back. And it will cost you some money. I would get the stuff back and also let the pawn shop know not to accept any more pawned items from him as they are yours not his. |

You will have to just go back and pay off the loan from the pawn shop. If you do it after two days you should save some of the interest though so do it right away. |
