Is there such a person or persons that can fix your credit score by paying them?

Yes. Your creditors.

jduck1979
There are, but they're all a con as from what I've read on the US version of "The Motley Fool" they use illegal methods such as posting false documents in your credit file to make it look better, and these people are known as "Debt Dr Evils" on Motley Fool USA.

Yes and they are scams. All they do is challenge every negative item on your credit and the credit bureaus have 30-days to prove the information true or they have to remove it. Most times it takes over 30-days for creditors to respond so for a short time your report gets better but then when all of the information is in the negative item return.

Now if there is something on your reports that truly is wrong, you can challenge it yourself. You do not have to pay any one to do this.

There are companies who will help you get bills paid by getting them reducing and or making reasonable/better payment arrangements which results in a fixed (fixed as in better) credit score .. oh yeah.. and there are probably hackers or corrupt credit score workers who would take your money to illegally change your credit score.

yes there is, but to be honest you'll be better off fixing your own credit. The only thing them people do is call up the people you owe money to and negotiate for you. You can do that your self and use the money that you would've giving them to pay off some bills. credit scores have the potential to change every single day

Improving Your Bad Credit Report: If you have a bad credit record, check the reason for this report. If the reason is due to late or non-payment on your behalf then, start making the payments to the lender and clear off the debts quickly. Dont make late payments. If you are not in a position to pay due to shortage of money then limit your spending.

NO, Only time will repair your credit

It's amazing how easy it is to take money off people who are poor and in debt ... ... essentially, if you are incapable of managing your own finances you will be fleeced by every cowboy who comes along with his new 'snake oil' cure-all 'Consolidation Loan service' , 'Credit Fixing service', 'IVA service', 'Bankruptcy service' etc etc.....

If you have poor Credit rating, why pay good money (which you can't afford = don't worry Sir, we can arrange a Loan for you over 5 years that will be less than £2 a day - yeah £1.99p a day for 5 years is £2,905 but most of the victims are quite incapable of working this out :-) ) to someone who will only do what you could have done yourself to 'fix' it ?

Essentially you contact all those to whom you owe money and ask them to confirm that the debt has been satisfied - if not then you offer to settle for a fraction of what you owe (the Credit Fix cowboy will add any money he has to pay out to you new loan).

They also write to the Courts asking for each separate Judgement against you to be set-aside. The Court contacts the person/Company/Bank who sued you to check if you have settled the debt, however a lot of big Companies (especially Banks) don't respond in time (lost paperwork etc) so the Judgement is set-aside 'by default'...

Finally they contact all the Credit Rating Companies (Experion ect) and inform them that all the Debts have been settled - these companies contact the Courts etc to confirm and 'bingo' your Credit record has been 'fixed' ...

Look it up in the Internet = you can do all this your self ... why pay some-one else £100 a letter to do what you can do ?

I have placed this in the source box. There is a wealth of information there and a great free debt management software program. I bookmarked the site as I return to it often for the advice it offers. I hope this helps you.
