Do you know Dr. Brown of the Republic of Benin? If not and your not expecting something that you bought for $800 then yes it is a scam, just the like the guy from Nigeria who has $25,000,000 and if you help him he will split it with you as long as you tell him your bank acct info because he needs to validate your acct before he sends you your half, no he needs to empty your acct and you're telling him how to.
If it sounds to good to be true it probably is to good to be true. Don't send $800 to anybody who sends you an email like that, tell him to ship it UPS COD and when it arrives you pay the ups dude $800, and with that you will be $800 dollars richer because you will never receive the box that was never coming in the first place.
Save your money and don't be foolish it is one of many internet scams and now ill show you how you know United States Parcel Service Benin, look at the email address he gives out it is @YAHOO.FR (FRANCE) AND IF IT WAS UPS IT WOULD END IN UPS.COM, NEXT THE WEBSITE WWW.UNITEDSTATESPS.BE.CX STAND FOR THE CONGO IN AFRICA RIGHT NEXT TO NIGERA, SO WHY WOULD YOU HAVE A WEBSITE IN THE CONGO AND AN EMAIL ADDRESS AT YAHOO IN FRANCE ESPECIALLY SINCE HE JUST SAID THE WEBSITE WAS SO THEN THE EMAIL WOULD BE @BE.CX NEXT LOOK AT THE EMAIL ADDRESS AGAIN USPSERVICE2003 THINK MAYBE 2002 AND 2004 AND 2005 WERE ALREADY TAKEN WHEN HE SIGNED UP AT YAHOO.
I DON'T THINK ANY EMPLOYEE AT UNITED PARCEL SERVICE HAS A CORPORATE EMAIL ENDING IN @YAHOO BECAUSE THEY ALL END IN @UPS.COM ALL 250,000 EMPLOYEES.
SO YOU KNOW THERE IS NO COMPANY CALLED UNITED STATES PARCEL SERVICE THERE IS HOWEVER THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE AND UNITED PARCEL SERVICE.
