I called the cable company and asked them about my cable, and this girl said if you want your cable like that it on you. then she kept sceaming at me and she said I was stupid and I asked for a supervisor she said I will not. I told stop argue with me she accused me of yelling at me which I was not. I can't even get her supervisor to talk to me. she never tried to help she said I was some ceo and even timed how long I was talking to her what do you think and what would you do I had to call back to get help. i have the supervisor address would you try to a monthes free. what do you think for what I went through. |

Make an appointment to visit Citizen Advice Bureau (C.A.B), log all
telephone conversations date, time, what was said etc., perhaps
the C.A.B., could help by writing an official letter, also ask for your
payment back, basically lodge an official complaint to whoever is
in charge.
Good luck with this, as they quite clearly didn't act professionally.

Go down to the cable company office, find the woman that called you stupid, and beat her up. Punch her hard. Pull her hair out. Call her a skanky ***** over and over again. Slap her hard. Then, when she's down, give her a hard kick in the nose. Then storm out and get another cable company, if it's available. If it isn't then go with satelite TV.
Also, while you're at it, give her a few nice back-handers, and maybe an elbow right to the nose or jaw. |

You need to call back and demand a supervisor and tell them exactly what happened. I would tell them that you want some sort of a credit for what they did or else you will spread the story all over the internet and make their company look terrible. |

First off, your question practically doesn't make any sense. It just seems to go on and on and some of the sentences don't make a whole lot of sense. Now from what I tried to put together, if you are unsatisfied with your cable for some reason, call them back in a few days and talk rationally with them. The next time you call, you might get a different person and can start everthing over. Since you have the address of a supervisor, I am taking it that you have the name as well. If the company has multiple phone lines and extensions, then you might be able to use this tactic. When you call them back up, just calmly say something "Hello, I'd like to speak with Mr./Mrs. _____. I was informed to call this number to be transferred to his line." If you know his/her direct extension call that instead and always leave a voice mail if he/she is around, but don't mention what it is about that way you can quarantee they will call you back (they won't know if it is some angry customer or some million dollar person that wants to talk business). You can say something like "Hello, this is (your name here). I was trying to get in touch with you, but I see you are not in. If you could give me a call at (your contact number) when you get back in that would be great." Once you talk to the supervisor, just explain your situation and hopefully everyone can come to an agreement for the situation. |

Yes you are right. Customer service is absolutely terrible these days. But you need a name. Try to get that person's name and then you may possibly get your month free of cable. People should have to pay consequences for their actions. If it is not possible to get a name then try to get your story to the supervisor and let them know how annoyed you were by their attitude. Maybe you will still get that month for free. |

Hard to understand from the way you worded your question but I think I got the gist of it. I had a problem with my cable company and the rude girl on the phone. I got on their corporate web site and filed a complaint. Believe me, they will take care of you. What helps is that most of the customer service calls these days are recorded! |

hum sounds like that cable company has a bunch of unprofessional losers working for them.
have a recording device next time... tell them clearly that you are recording the conversation.
then it's legal, they bust up on you again.. keep the messages.. also any messages on any answering machines.
and the more they do it and the more you get them on tape or disk you have a good chance to sue them for harrassment.
but get a lawyer for that too.. (bankruptcy)
he/she can give you the low down on what your rights are in this situation and your options for the dues you may owe them.
