This is a fake, because they shouldn't be requesting for your cradit card. Report information, How do you do it's a scam.
Anyway check with the BBB.

Do you find it unsual that you have WON something, but you must provide a "form of payment" in order to obtain what you have supposedly won?
When you have truly won something, all you have to do is show up to claim the item.
