DO NOT EVER GIVE OUT YOUR PIN NUMBER! Especially to someone you don't know. It's a fake . Paypal NEVER asks for pin numbers.Also,DON'T click on that URL they have on the email they sent you. The fakes can try getting your personal info and steal your identity. |

your pin number is the personal password you have to withdraw money from atms with that card. the number itself would NOT be on the card to prevent anyone who has stolen your card to use the password and withdraw money from your accounts. if you do not know your pin number, then you should call or meet up with your bank. |

No, your ATM Pin Number is not on your card, nor should it be on your card--- or others can get access to your account. If you do not remember your pin number, call your bank (or better, go in to your bank) and tell them. They will help you or ask you to select a new pin number.
Paypal should not be asking you for your ATM pin number. You may and should, however, select a PAYPAL password or pin number. Don't give ANYONE your ATM pin number. Also, be sure the e-mail request comes from PAYPAL. It is often a hoax! Paypal will communicate with you about your account ONLY THROUGH THEIR MESSAGE section on their website. If you got an e-mail asking you to give Paypal your ATM password, it is a hoax. Don't do it. |

Paypal will never ask for your pin number. Make sure your are actual using paypal and not a fake site. If your got one of those email requesting account update-it usually a fake. This is how crooks get debit and credit card number.
When signing into paypal make sure you are using the official site.
When changing or updating credit/debit card info. They will ask for the 3 digits on the back of your card. This is ok to give. |

Umm nooooo. If you have an ATM you should know what a PIN is. Its the number you use when youre at the store. Its a secret number only the owner of the card knows.

Don't give it to anyone for any reason.
If you have given it, tell the card issuer IMMEDIATELY what's happened and they'll stop that card and issue another one. |

let me let you in on a piece of info. no one i mean no one should ever ask you for your pin number other then the atm itself. paypal scams are the biggest thing right now. send that e-mail to spoof@paypal.com and they will confirm it is fake for you |
