every time you get denied it hurts your credit if you decide to apply again make sure you apply for a card that will approve you such as premier bankcard this card helps you rebuild your credit, go to www.fastcreditcardapprovals.com under bad or no credit section make sure to use this card for a good 6-9 months by making payments on time if you do this your credit score will go up and then you will be able to apply for any card you would like and get approved.

When you apply for a credit card, it does show up on your credit profile. If you apply once in a 6 month period, it's probably not an issue. But if you are applying for many cards in a short time, it will affect you and will also make it more likely you will be denied for each successive application.

Yes it will hurt your credit.

When you apply for the next one, and they do a credit check, they will think... "why did this person get denied 7 times?"

My advice is to stop applying until you have a steady job and very little debt.

YES it hurts your credit. if you keep getting denied stop trying and find another way to raise your credit, they look at how many times your credit report has been viewed in the last two years. Its a huge deal.

midasmulligan
Yes, everytime you apply for credit of any kind and a credit report is pulled it takes 2 points from your score.

Everytime you apply for credit whether or not you get turned down you lose 5-10 points on your credit score, unless in the case of an auto, or home loan where you can have multiple in a 30 day period. The inquiries will remain on your report for 24 months. When it looks like you are desperate for credit you usually are hence the reduction of score. If you where denied most likely it was not too good and is now 35-70 points lower

if you have been denied 7 times you have bad credit already..work on that

dominic_martinez
everytime you apply for some type of credit, example..credit card, car loan, bank loan etc..it shows on your credit report, and yes it can hurt your credit especially if you were denied over and over again.

.
Everytime you are denied, your credit score goes down. If at first you don't succeed, quit.

Cate
Your FICO is determined not only by your outstanding debt but also the number of recent requests for credit. It looks bad.

rttmn218
yes. the number of inquiries on your credit report is usually what makes your credit score go down. stop applying for things and try to pay all of your bills on time and pay over the minimum if you have any other credit cards. you need to wait a few months at least before you try to get another credit card.

Go to www.ehow.com and search for "credit building."

idyllsend
Each time you apply for your credit card it gets stored on your credit report for seven years. If you are constantly applying it makes it seem like you are seeking credit which will have a very negative impact on you.

Yes. Stop getting all those inquiries !

Yes, it will. Every time a company performs a credit check on you, you get 'points' against your credit. Even if you are approved, it isn't good to have a ton of credit checks on your record.

Will hurt your wa?

The Drat. Penny Dreadful
stop using someone else's social security number.
I know someone who accepts and denies applications for a credit card company. They see through tricks easily and can do extensive research when something looks fishy.

Kelise
If you are asking about your credit, being denied wont, but each time they pull your it lowers your score which is not good.

Now if your credit is bad, there are credit cards out there for you. You might have to pay a small fee to get it, but it will help you to build your credit score. Just make sure you pay them on time.

Google: credit cards for bad credit

Hope this helps!
