take in some photo id like passport or driving licence, also something to verify your address like a recent bill, council tax or utility bill, I would have thought that would help. |

Yes, Barclays should let you take money out with ID. I did when I was waiting for a new card. |

You shouldn't have a problem getting money out, if you have account with Barclays, take some ID with you gas bill or something like that. |

Most banks will let you just withdrawl money at the bank . . . just bring your license and make sure you know your account number. |

You can do that, or if you know someone who could withdraw money for you, you could do internet banking and transfer whatever money you want into their bank account for them to withdraw from an ATM. |
