No, the clerks can see your identity, and see that you don't look like your mom. Anyway, its just bad when you do something behind your mom's back. Plus, when the bills come out for the credit card, and say $389.99 was spent on an Ipod, and your mom sees an ipod in your room, BUSTED!!!!! So my advice- from Lucky DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!! Work hard, and make your own money, then buy stuff. |

Im sure that any cashier is going to pick up on the fact that you are not old enough to have a credit card. Plusthe cardholder has to sign for each purchase. If it is your moms card you better be looking feminine that day and age about 20 years. I wouldn't do it if I were you. |

No. You can't legally use a credit card without being a primary/secondary card holder. Many store ask for ID now too. |

no you wont be able to do that. you can get in a LOT of trouble doing this, its stealing! and even IF you could you would get in trouble anyway when the bill comes and you get questioned. so why bother getting in trouble for no reason? ask for whatever it is you want for your bday or something. |

Given that most stores,especially electronics stores ask for a form of I.D.(in this case it would be your mother's I.D. which you can't get or fake) and being that you are too young to even have a credit card,I would say no. Besides,I'm pretty sure she doesn't want you using her stuff. |
