Try CCCS (Consumer Credit Counseling Services) they can be alot of help.

JEREMY S
Hunt down the Dave Ramsey radio show in your area. This guy has the best advice on debt help I have ever heard.

Go to Consumer Credit Counselling with all of your records. They are one of the oldest.
They will make a plan, and get your debts cut down, but when you sign it, you have to do it.
Go in person.

call 1-866-863-0730. This girl helped me out of debt within 12-36 months. I am into my 12th month already and it has been great, so far. i would recommend this program to anyone.

1-Well first cut thoses credit card so you don't use them.

2-You can go at your bank and ask to consolidate your debt that meen they will put all your debt together with a low interest rate.

3-You can also give up and the bank will put your name in bad credit for about 5 or 7 years with no more debt.

4-Or you can go at a debt compagny so they can give you more advises and more choices.

5-They is also a tv program call somthing like: To end up wth your debt.

Break a leg.

Get this book "Total Money Makeover" by Dave Ramsey or find way to listen to his Radio Shows.

I got my copy at the Library.

16 months later I was no longer $70K in debt.

Debt Snowball, contact the credit card comapnies and work out payment plans, etc.

Try and stay away from credit counselors - most of them charge money for what you can do on your own, and most times your credit rating is trashed by their services.

I am serious - Dave Ramsey. In fact I saw the book for sale at Costco for like $12.

I am now Debt Free thanks to listening and acting on his advice.

Go to:

whychat.5u.com
and
budhibbs.com

They'll tell you what to do...it's free, BTW. Just some consumer websites. Good luck, and I'll take the 10 points if you can spare it!

You need to call one of those credit counseling companies - they can help you bargain with credit card companies.

cut them up ...consolidate into 1 payment (loan from bank)

kja63
Stop charging!

Cut up the charge cards & close all of the accounts -- NOW!
And don't open any more charge accounts, ever.

Next, call all of your creditors and renegotiate your interest rates and minimum monthly payment amounts. You don't need any credit counseling company to do this for you -- they charge exhorbinant fees to do what you can do yourself!

Then start paying off the ones with the highest interest first until you get that debt under control. Get a 2nd job if you have to.

there is always bankruptcy or you can get them consolidated through a consolidation company and you will just have one lower payment.
also, you could go to church, tithe, pray and believe God to help you out, speaking with a pastor may help.
