Most of them offer low interest to new customers but it soon rises once you have a card with them. I recently got one with HSBC that offered a good deal and partner got a paypal one. Look at www.moneysavingexpert.com- he does all the hard work of comparisons and tells you which is the best- there even used to be a section to work out your credit score. |

They're all about the same. I'd stay away from Chase cards though. Nothing but trouble. |

If you have no balance to transfer than you can still find some that are 4 or 5% but to compare all of them properly you need to check the APR rating. Look online - do a google search for cheap credit cards and it will list them all for you. You will have to be registered at your address and a permanent resident in the UK to get one otherwise you stand no chance. |
