Make hardcopies of your evidence, and make sure your co-worker will support your story. Then take it to your boss's boss. They can decide wether to deal with it internally, or take it to the police. |

Yep, one time my dad, who was an assistant manager, had to narc on the manager (reporting him to higher ups) for embezzling. Then my dad became manager, heh! |

Yes! Act right now! Go above your boss' head. Get your evidence together. I'm in your industry and I've been through this type of thing before. DO NOT WAIT. If you really hate your job then you could take a gamble and gather up all your evidence, secure your witness for later, let them fire you and then sue the pants off of them for wrongful termination. Don't forget to file for unemployment the day they fire you. When you win your lawsuit, they'll have to pay you all that back pay too. |

will since you have the evidence I suggest you talk to him nicely and ask him to admit if it was him who use your name to file a claim and if he tried to denied. tell him you have evidence and if he doesn't come clean you will reported to your HR or file a police reported and see what he will say. just make sure you get your evidence together and have a witness too and I'm sure you will win. good luck and hope something good come out of this. |
