You are far too much in trouble with your credit to get any kind of loan, with the exception of a double digit interest rate loan. With that, you will be living in the wrong part of town with the druggies and the dirt poor. Don't do it.
Save enough for a decent down payment, and wait at least until your credit score gets above 700. It will take awhile, but in the meantime your life and credit will get better. |

You will get a "sub-prime" mortgage. My advice, don't do it. Spend a few years to fix your credit and save some money for a down payment. Try to put down 20% to avoid private mortage insurance. Also do NOT get a variable rate. Your payments would be cheaper, but you r5 year balloon payment will top 15 large. |

Your interest rate will be outrageous! You need the website below more than anyone else here! You need to clean this up right away and start NOW! This site is the best I've found so far and I suggest you subscribe to the RSS feed since it is still under developement. More information is being added and you really need it! My crredit score was 480 and with the help of this website and it's sponsored links, it went to 709 in one year! There are some hard questions and if you answer them honestly, you will do ok. Also get your 3 in1 credit report from equifax in the credit monitoring section. You are going to need to keep a watch and monitor your credit! Fix this now and read ALL of the pages on this website! |

Absolutely not. Lenders requirements are tougher than ever. It's hard to get a house right how with a score of 620.
You need to start repairing & rebuilding your credit immediately. |

With a 480 score you would probably not even quality for a gas card.
Work on fixing you credit for a year or so and you should be able to get a loan with a good rate. |

Why don't you take the time to fix up your credit score? I been where you are currently at and it took a lot of dedication, hard work and alot of my money going back to my creditors but I knew I owed it. In seven months I was able to bring up my score by 136 points and still counting no lie w/o any help from bogus credit repair agencies. All I did was pull my reports and schedule dates to pay off the balances or any settlement. |

It will be tough plus if you do the interest rate will be real high. But you could allways re-finance down the road. Good luck |

Wealth of useless information

Yes but it will cost you a lot more that if it was better. If you are going through a Government agency like USDA rural developement you may be able to get a low or no interest loan but I don't remember what their credit limit guidelines are. |
