Minimum income requirements are between $1,300.00 to $2,000.00 for all major lenders.
I've found some good information here too...

Making only $600 a month puts you in a bad situation. The cost of owning a car = insurance, gas, repairs sure add up quick.
You needed to give more information to get a better reply, but let's face it, you need more income, so either find a different job which pays more or get a second job or at least a part-time job.
I wish I had a magic answer for you, but you have to face the fact that you just cannot afford a car on what you are making now. |

Clean up your credit.
Get a better paying job, or a second job to supplement the $600 a month you make now.
You had 2 strikes against you when you entered the bank. What on earth made you even think you would qualify? You earn way below poverty level. |

start saving your money that you don't need for bills and buy a cheap car in a few months.. |

Well you are no position to buy a car, or pay for the insurance, think I would look for a full time job first |

$600 a month? Of course they're not going to approve you. Improve your credit and increase your income. |

seriously consider taking the bus. If you must have a car, you better have someone to pay the insurance. I live in NY in my insurance alone is 300 a month and I have a 1991 ford thunderbird, which is about all you will be able to afford including gas |

I would look for either another better paying job or get a second job. You are making too little to get any type of loan. Most companies want you to make at least a $1000 a month before they will lend you money. |

at 600 a month, you really can't afford it. gas, insurance, maintenance, etc. will eat up most of that. unless the loan is super small, no bank would approve you for this with both bad credit and low income. consider saving up cash for a cheap used car, because the loan thing is not happening now. |

Does your city/town have public transportation? Do you live in a place where it is feasible to ride a bicycle?
If the answer is no to those two questions, some cities have a Way to Work Program as part of their Family Service. You can look it up on the internet, but essentially, there are loans available through the W2W program for people to buy a good, working car using the loan from the program. They have this program in over 40 cities in the US. You could check it out as an option. |

Finding a bad credit auto lender take a little bit of work to find the right one. When looking to buy a new or used car, the dealer may offer bad credit financing, or refer you to a lender. Car buyers should consider arranging their own financing.

Unless you have a 700 or higher credit score, it might be a good idea to look at your credit report and see what you can do to improve your credit score. A 700 score will get you the best rates at the best loan terms.t. |
