it is awesome. I'm 23 and my score is 750 and i thought it was the best i could do but apparently now. You beat me to it!
If you want to know how great your score is, consider this...
I just bought a $41,000 lexus last weekend and the finance guy at lexus said my score is so good that I won't even have to pay any down payment on the loan. I also got a 4.94% rate which is lower than any bank was offering me. So basically i got a car with absolutely no down payment and a great rate considering tightening credit market. So, congrats! Maybe after this car loan, i'll be able to beat your score ;)
I also got approved for a great credit card that requires excellent credit that i found at the following site. My spending limit is through the roof! I can't imagine yours being anything less. Congrats again! |

If it's anything besides a FICO (or Equifax) credit score, it's not accurate and not what lenders look at. Lots of companies use their own formulas to generate credit scores from the information they receive from you.
If you truly had a 782 FICO score, that would be considered an "A" grade, not a "C" grade....so the validity and accuracy of their scoring system (whoever you bought the score from) would be questionable in my opinion. |

That is very good, also considering ownership, it isn't "soft" credit, or decent credit backed by nothing. You have some equity working for you which is nice. |

Good, yes. You don't "own" a home, you "owe" a mortgage until it's paid off. You know you're doing a good job with credit and you know it. So, if you just want people to give you cudos... then here you go... GOOD JOB! |
