no this will not show up on a CRB, the only thing that a CRB shows is your criminal record if you have one. for example if you have been arrested and charged with an offence or received a police caution. |

I don't think it would be relevant.
Even though the debt went to court, its a civil matter, not a criminal matter, so its not like a past conviction for example.
I really wouldn't worry about it, and I really don't think it would show on a CRB check, only an actual credit check. Even if it did come up, I can't see that it would be held against you! |

as far as i am aware it is only criminal convictions and information which is detailed on a CRB check, and not civil actions made against you, ie CCJs

Oh dear. So the past is catching up with you and now you're scared. If you have a CCJ against you then almost certainly this will show in your file.
Not paying a debt is a crime. It's theft. |

It wont matter for CRB check. Only if you were applying for credit. After six years it is written off any way. |
