Yeah payday loans and all that cash call bs is a total rip off. they are opportunists, taking advantage of people. I am a loan officer (but for houses & refis, stuff like that). anyway, i'm not an expert on credit unions by any means, but I know if you have a regular bank account they should be able to do it. the loan amount is small, so the risk isn't much...wish i could give you more specific & useful advice...
