I need a car loan for about $25,000 with a $3,000 down but I have bad credit(High 400ds) and I don't have a co-signer. What are my best opptions, and who can I get to give me a loan that will not have a high interest rate and is about $500 a month.

Dude. Look at getting a cheaper car right now. It would be the smart but maybe not the cool thing to do. When you get your bills back in order. Then get the cool car. Think 22,000 at 20% or 5000 @ 20% which you can pay off faster and get your credit score up and pay off all of the other crap. So dude. this is a grow up time.
