Yes credit cards do have P. I. N numbers.....It should come in the mail in a day or two. U can go shopping with it all u want u just can not go to the ATM and get money out using your card. |

You can Charge on your debit or credit card without your pin#. |

You don't need a PIN to use a credit card, just valid ID. If it's a debit card you might need a PIN, but even then if it has a VISA logo, you should be able to use it with just an ID and a siganture. |

Well, credit cardss dont usually have pins, but if its a debit catd, you can use it, you just have to tell them credit instead of debit. |
