No income but need home loan?
My husband and I are preparing to buy a home. He has an income, but I don't. Can I still be listed on the loan as a Co-borrower?

Yes.
But as a matter of practicality, there really is no reason for you to HAVE to be on the mortgage anyways. If you are married, by law the house is "half" yours regardless of who's name is on it.
Even If your husband passes away, the home still goes to you, with or without your name on it. Good luck.

If your credit scores are high enough, there is no reason why you should not be put on the loan. Depending on the lender, if you want to be on title, you have to be on the loan. But that is not always the case. There are differences depending on what state you are purchasing.

Sure you can. And as long as you make the payments as agreed, your credit will improve.

You sure can, put your name on the deed no matter what honey. If someone is telling you that you can't because you don't have an income, that is a lie! Of course you can be put on the deed!

Yes - it is not a matter of income, it is the matter of credit. Will the creditors feel you can repay the loan. If you have a high credit score you should have no problem.
