Is there a way to obtain a personal loan with the promise that you'd pay back in full using your tax returns? We'd make payments on it until then, but we'd pay it off in full come February/March when we received our tax return. We are 2 months past due on all of our payments due to job loss, & don't want our credit score to plummet. My husband will be starting a job in 2 weeks, but it's only low paying.

Try this website: www.prosper.com. I don't make money from the referral, they are just a great organization.
Prosper is a web community of people who loan money to other people. You create a personal profile and state your needs. Then people bid on how much they are willing to loan to you and for what interest rate (don't worry, there is a cap to the interest rate). Once enough people have bid to total what you need the loan closes and you'll get the money. Then Prosper sets you up on a loan repayment plan for 36 months.
Prosper collects the money and distributes it accordingly to each person who is participaing in the loan to you.
DO NOT tell them you want to pay the loan off early. These people are loaning money to make interest and won't like it if they know you're going to pay the loan off early. However, you can do that once you get your tax return.
Prosper will pull your credit and give you a rating. But don't worry, high risk people get loans quite often through them.
Just be as honest as you can in the bio about yourself and your needs. Upload a picture of your husband and yourself if you like to make yourself seem more likeable. Good luck! I've been there myself and feel your pain. |

If you haven't already filed your taxes, there are tax places that will give you a loan on your tax refund. Remember, it is a "loan." Not advance. Sorry for your hard time. There are many many people suffering like you. Hang in there! |

If you have good enough credit, you can get an unsecured loan for several thousand $$$ and pay it back over 2 -3 years. Different banks have different plans. I've done exactly this a few times when I needed some money "right then". For instance two years ago I borrowed 5K, made the monthly until next year's tax time, then paid in full. But be smart....You can't get out of debt by borrowing. And DO NOT get cash advances off credit cards to get by. Those go for about 21-23%. If you own a home, consider an equity loan. That way you can at least deduct the interest payments on your tax returns. If you go that route, shop around and find one that has no closing costs, etc. And as others here have said, don't send a penny to somebody on-line. Deal with respectable instutions like local banks. Even the non-banks, the finance companies, will work with you. They will have a higher interest rate though.
Short answer - yes. You can get personal unsecured loans. Shop around. But, and this is a big "but".... do not get yourself into a hole that you cannot get out of. |

It is difficult to get a loan with bad credit. you can try for loans online. Don't take loans from one man single private lenders or my emails.
Don't pay a single penny to get the loan. Try to apply online get the rate of interest compare and then go for one from a legitimate company.
