I found a site a body jewelry site on google last week, and placed an order.
I contacted the owner of the site last week and asked a general question about my order and received no reply.
Today I wrote again and asked when I will receive my order.
IN the email I wrote-
Me: Hi there
I place an order on the 22nd.
My order number is 17120
I was wondering if it had been sent out
and how long until I receive it.

Seller:no it was not sent out ...
Me:When will it be?
...just trying to estimate shipping time.
Seller: your order did not meat the min order amount of $110.00 so the computer kicked the order out..
ME: Ok.
I payed with my credit card.
Have I been issued a refund yet?

What am I suppose to do?
My order was for less than $10
but Im very worried because I payed with my debit card.
This seller is dishonest, and I doubt I will get a refund.

You have to call your bank and cancel the card! It's a debit card and it is linked to your bank account and you don't want your hard earned money to be taken by these thieves. So call your bank and tell them what happened and they will freeze your account and hopefully credit you for that fraudulent charge and any future attempts the theives make to take money out of your account. The bank will issue you a new debit card so don't worry about canceling the card. |

Contact the bank and complete a dispute of the charges as "products not received" They will contact the company and advocate fro the refund for you. You can cancel the card and have one reissued with a new number for the same account. I would report them to the Better Business Bureau. You can also file a report with the FBI Internet Fraud Team at their website. You can also search their website to determine if there is already an investigation pending. It is a great tool for people buying on the Internet to see if it is an existing scam. There are many websites where you can report bad business practices for different companies. Start posting.... |

obviously most of these people dont read the question. They keep saying call ur credit card company and cancel it. but you paid with debit.
Luckily, your order was cheap. U were not ripped off for much. you can repoft them to the better business bureau. You can also tell the site owner or whoever that you are doing so. You may also tell them you will take legal action. Their actions constitute fraud and theft. They have stolen your money without giving you what was promised. |

Ok, if the minimum order is 110, and you placed an order for less than 10, and the computer kicked the order out, how is it that your card got charged?
You need to report it to your credit card company for one. It will take 2 seconds to cancel this card and get another card issued!! |

contact your bank. they can have the transaction cancelled for you. We had a hotel charge us for an extra day that we didn't stay and refused to refund the money. We contacted our back and they had us come in and sign a form and put the money back in our account, Deducting it from the hotel. ONe of the reasons for the refund on the form was actually listed as did not recieve item purchased, of course that was not ou case but it will work in yours. Good luck. |

Tell your bank about this. I think they would be able to stop this card and issue you a new one. Definitely talk to your bank and see what else you can do. |

Report the website to the Federal Trade Commission
I would even Consider the FBI, just not sure which division
Report your Debit Card Stolen so they issue a new one
and never ever ever pay over the interent using a DEBIT
card !!!!! |

You purchased this jewelry with a ''credit card'' or a ''debit card'' ???
For the sake of 10 dollars, l would call it a learning experience and contact the ''bank'' or ''credit card company'' and cancel the card(s) and have them send you replacements
NEVER! NEVER! NEVER ! Consider not cancelling a credit card or bank card ''ESPECIALLY'' if you suspect fraud on the account. REMEMBER ! It's your credit history thats on line here, not the banks. |

cancelling the card is CERTAINLY an option. It is your only option.
You can also most likely get the money placed back in your account.
Contact your bank's fraud division. They will clear it up and issue a new debit card. |

contact the credit card company and alert them to the fraud. they can issue you a new card number so the original number can't be used again. but contact them right away. don't wait. |

you can go to your bank and they will cancel the order and refund you. then change you card info, so they can't use it again. good luck, this happened to me too, but it all worked out okay :) |
