1st option Well ring look in the phone directory and find the head office of the company that you bought the tv from and explain the situation and threaten to ( in Australia it's called dept of fair trade) go to the relevant government departmant.
2nd option Go into the store and request a refund and take your business elsewhere if they fail to give you one note this done and go and see a lawyer. |

cancel your order, and don't let him tell you can't and don't let them keep any down payment you may have given them. Go over his head as far as you have, this is not unique situation. If they keep saying no, which they want at this point, but always tell them you're going to the better business bureau and don't hesitate to CALL the companies corporate office. You don't have to take this. |

Sometimes, tv's that are on the market and popular and in high demand can take a long time to be shipped out...
Depends on where you shopped, if it was a big electrical place.. Ask to see the manager and find out whats going on, take a stand and dont let them push you over..
Although you have signed a contract you might find it hard to get out of it, even if they dont deliver the tv you wanted.. You may have to get one that simular in value...
If you saw the tv in a booklet or something like that, have another look at it, it may have "in store until sold out" which means, they dont have to order one in for you... |

You can't be seriously saying you paid for a TV before it was delivered, are you?
Cancel the order. Go someplace else.
Call your credit card company and see if there is a charge already. If there is, tell them that you are disputing on the grounds that the TV was never received. |

I would get my money back and go elsewhere. You shouldn't have had to pay for it until you actually saw it in front of you. Maybe at least put a 10% down-payment or something instead of paying for the entire amount up front. And why would you waste $4000 on a freakin' TV anyway?! |
