i purchased a ps3 off ebay (never buying off there again) and the guy took my payment on paypal, then he emails me after hes taken the payment saying he cant send it as im not verified on paypal with an address, fair!! he said he will give a refund and i got the emails to prove it. I waited and waited and sent him many emails, no luck, contacted his "number" no luck, so i was told to go through paypal which i am doing now, but im worried will i get all my money back, spent £230, with Credit card, he hasnt replyed to my claim and has 4 more days to do so, what do u think will happen? if paypal dont do anything i can go go through CC right?please help me and tell me what i could do and what may happen from experience etc, thanks in advance people, |

Ive also had a problem with paypal too and its just ridiculous. Your card would have to be verified because paypal cant take the money out if it isnt but they did so obviously the guy you sent the money to is a fraud. Paypal has no choice but to refund you.
You can take it higher but im not sure who through. Probably cc.
M experience with paypal is my account was hacked into and someone used my brothers credit card. It wasnt verified but paypal took the money anyway without my authorisation. I was peeved. We should totally sue paypal |

have you contacted paypal or ebay?
you must file a dispute w/ ebay and/or paypal...otherwise they won't know anything is wrong.
paypal is a safe way of buying, that's the ONLY way I will buy off of ebay!

Hi if he took your money he should be able to return it. Once you have filed a dispute wait until the dispute has ended. Bottom line is you have payed for something you haven't got so pay pal will re-fond the payment. I know it`s a pain but it dose take some time a negative feedback report. normally gets the sellers attention. send them a email saying your just about to leave them,a neg feedback. |
