It is a DEBIT card i need not a CREDIT card. All of those i have seen including TalkSport and Post Office ask you for credit card details to pay the £9.95 fee. If I had a credit card then I would not need a debit card. Are there any cards that deduct their fee from the first top up |

go to https://www.talksportcard.co.uk/, they do a pre-paid debit card, n it is really good, there are no scams or anything like that, you dont need a bank account, you just top up what you need. like a pay as you go mobile fone bill! :-D |

If it's for online purchases you can use 3v...They send you a card (for free) And you top it up at paypoint and they give you a voucher with a unique visa number...Check out the link....Hope this helps x |

you'll find them on the search engine under 'bad debt credit cards' but i dont see any sense in having them - most people use the credit cards to buy things they dont have available cash to pay for so why get a prepaid credit card which means you have to put money into it before you can spend it - keep the money in your pocket or get a credit card. |

You can get a Travel money card at the Post Office (fee currently £10) which is primarily designed to be used on holiday, but can be loaded with either pounds, euro or dollars. If you use the pound option, you can then use it anywhere you see the Visa Electron symbol (shops, cash machines etc) - doesn' have to be abroad. They will give you an new card if you lose your card or it's stolen. The card can be topped up at any Post Office |

There are still quite a number of credit cards in the market that do not charge initial fee. Try www.moneysavingexpert.co.uk. The website is brilliant for researching which card is best for you. Apply for credit cards that give you cash back for using them. Just make sure you are discipline enough to pay off your spending at the end of each month. |
