Many banks sell them, and some Wal-Mart and Target stores as well (Look near the gift cards where they sell iTunes cards and whatnot...).
The can be used anywhere that takes payment via credit, including online. |

You can buy them at Walgreens and yes, you can use them everywhere (even on the Internet). I used mine to purchase online all the time to prevent identity theft. |

Some banks and pharmacies are selling them. Also, AAA is carrying a line of them. I'm considering one for my trip abroad better than traveler's checks and safer than using my regular credit card, I think.
BTW, the All Access card mentioned above does have fees...read the website. You pay $1.00 every time you use the card and sign for the transaction, $2.00 every time you buy something and use a PIN.

Yes you can use them anywhere. You can buy them at your bank, Also by calling any of the Major credit card company's like Visa, Mastercard,Discover,American express. For telephone numbers look on the back of cards that you have. |

Anywhere that does'nt require a pin..I don't reccomend them though..they charge you an unnecessary fee just to get activated..try woodforest walmart bank if your credit is preventing a bank account from other bank instituitions. Also, I hate Greendot mastercard..their offices are ALL overseas..so you will have NO personal assistance face-2-face. I absolutely despise them..and I would totally rally against them at any opportunity. |

Depends where you live
You can usually get them at 7-11's CVS and rite aid also both have one they sell that is pretty good
Ace Check cashing and any other Check cashing places sell them. they are used anywhere you can use a visa or MasterCard which ever one you get I would NOT get one with American Express as they are not accepted everywhere like the Visa and MasterCard's are
Also be SURE to research them and know what fees will be paid some charge you for every darn thing including buying something with it at a store. or just checking the balance
There are also monthly fees usually 5.00 and it will usually cost 5 to 10 to reload money on to it depending one what card you get

They are called simon credit cards. Type in simon malls in google and you will see the website for it. Go to that website, look around for their prepaid credit cards, and go from there. Beware though that they lock your credit card if you overdraw and charge a fee. They also do not allow you to do partial pay with cash and partial pay with the card. Its a limited credit card. Yes, you can use it almost anywhere. |

They mostly have them at grocery stores, target, and store like that. And there should be a website on it so you can see how much amount you have left on it! i personally love them, they are great to buy stuff online so no one will steal your identity!
