The government has approved school loans rates ,to raise in July again . Try for grants , this may not be the answer , but it's a warning about the raise school loans are allowed to go up soon again! TRY a bank with a set rate ! And let the banker know you'd like the loan to be for ...years with no penalty if you pay it off earlier .Treat the loan as a house loan ( with the interest and time and earlier repayment ).Bankers are aware of the cost of education and someone out there will okay this agreement.Keep seeking the out ! Credit Unions as well . |

You should ask your financial aid office at the school, they are really good about helping with this. You'll probably have to fill out the FASFA form and then you can borrow a certain amount depending on your year in school. These loans from the school are always low in interest. |

Nelnet.net is good if you already have loans taken out, are in the repayment phase, and you want to consolidate them.
However, if you are planning on taking out loans, the best thing would be to get federally subsidized student loans like Stafford Loan or Perkins Loan. The loans are usually offered at lower interest rates than from any financial institution.
Have a look here for more info: |

there is unsubsidized loan and a subsidized loan the unsubsidized loan I think you pay no interest while in school and if there is interest its really low but when you finish school and its time to pay it all back it goes up and with the subsidized loan you pay the low interest while in school so the interest wont be as high when you have to pay back I think thats right if im not mistaking talk to financial aid in school and she or he can help you |
