Yes it should be yours and yours alone. One exception can be your spouse because technically everything should be shared. Also if something was to happen to you it would be difficult to access the information unless you have already set up a will. As there is identity theft everywhere be cautious of who is watching you and be sure to shred any important documents or credit card info. |

This will be the case if you are single and sometimes even when you are married. But overall all of those things are personal, private, and are the responsibility solely of the person it belongs to. Not everyone else. |

This will be the case if you are single. If you are married I agree that passwords are yours to keep but bankaccounts and other related itmes are not yours only. If what you'd like is to keep things for yourself then be single. |

who would you share them with? only a spouse should know these things and leave a list for your family members in case something were to happen to you. If you have a trust worth family member. my parents have a sealed envelope in there safe in case something happens to me they will know everything they need to know.hopefully nothing ever happens to u! |

Oh God yes. I keep everything to myself. I don't share passwords and I will never be a co-borrower, unless it is a mortgage with a spouse.
I mean, what if you get a divorce or another kind of relationship goes bad and they decide to screw you over. It has happened and will always happen. |
