First call the credit card company and get the card canceled. Ask them to re-issue a new card with the fradulant charges removed (or at least suspended until the theft is verified)
Second call the police and report this asap.
Third document any proof that you have about this person and get that info to the credit card company and the police.
Your city will probably press charges. If you don't incure any monetary loss I don't think you can sue. But they should get charged with theft and / or fraud.
Good luck! |

Call the credit card and report it. You *might* be responsible for the first $50, but nothing beyond that.
Also, report it to the police.
Sure, you can sue, but you really wnat to waste your time over $200?!??! |

You should tell them that you knew what they did to you ask them to return your money charge them for more than just the $ 200 loss, or otherwise you will press charged with the police.(this is a crime and they will do it again in some other time, you are lucky that you know who did it to you ) and i hope you have prove that they did it |

Call the cops. Don't do anything you will regret later. |

The first thing you should have done was to call up your credit card and report the card as lost or stolen. If you did not do that you are essentially barking on hot air. You should also send a dispute letter to the credit card company disputing each and every charge that is not yours, unless they advise you of a different process in this case. The credit card company may simply reverse the disputed items.
After you have done all this, file a complaint with your local police and send a copy of the complaint to the credit card company. |

First call the police. Call the bank and tell them about illegal charges, normally they will reverse the charges. Then you can sue them, if the bank doesn't reverse the charges. |
