I have heard of a service, that is certainly not free, where you can quickly raise your credit score. It works by putting you as an authorized user on the account of someone with good credit. You then get to 'borrow' the good history of that person on your credit report. www.instantcreditbuilders.com

The only way this could work is if it is to make a positive id of you, their is no other way to inprove your credit score other than pay your bills on time and owed amount is in line with your income. It sounds like a phishing scam to get your information, if you find the number beware it may end up hurting your credit with somone taking your ID.
