right now I'm in debt: check boucing,car payments,payday loans,credit cards.and etc.
I have 2 jobs.but every paycheck I get payday loans swallows it.it leaves me no money or most of the time negative balance on my bank account so there's no way I can pay the rest of my debt.
the only help I can get is from my mother.I asked alot of times to take out a loan for me so I can fully pay everything and have a brand new start.she has a good credit score...but she won't say yes.she doesn't wanna help me.(I made this problem myself and she doesn't want me to involve her) I have no more options.I can't think of anything to do.

suicide is definately not the answer. Maybe god will give you a worse start in the next life becuase you failed to deal with this life properly? There is far more to life than just debt. Most people in society are living paycheck to paycheck and living in debt.
What doesn't kills you makes you grow stronger and during rough economic times people truly find out their character and purpose. When times are good you don't have to worry about who you are becuase you just roll along. During rough times you figure out what you are made of and when you beat something like this you get a HUGE sense of purpose and accomlishment.
I guarantee you there is a way out of this. There always is. Sometimes you just need a plan. E-mail me and I can help you come up with a plan to eliminate your debts. Or, check with your workplace benefits to see if you have what is called an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). EAP is a service that provides 24/7 councilling on hundreds of different issues from familiy conflicts to illnesses to stress to financial matters. If you have this you just simply give them a shout and they can set you up with a counceler right there on the phone to help you get crackin' right away. |

Stop getting the payday loans, period. It's loansharking. Call each creditor and explain that you're having a rough time and you'll pay them when you can. Pay only your necessities. Give yourself a month to breathe and figure out a slow way to get out of debt. Make a plan and then stick to it.
It's just money, really. Our entire country is in for a rude awakening. We can't all throw in the towel and kill ourselves....if we do? THEY WIN!
Hang in there. You're not alone. Everyone is struggling right now. It's just money. Life is more important. :)

I'm really hoping you're not serious. No amount of debt is worth taking your own life for. So you're in financial trouble. A lot of other people out there are in a similar situation, and some may even be worse off than you.
What you need to do is stop and assess your situation. Anything at all that you're spending money on that you don't absolutely need---get rid of it. Next, you need to call the people at the payday loan store and tell them that you are unable to pay the money you owe them this week and that you need more time. They will resist, but you have to try. Call the credit card companies and everyone else that you owe and ask them to allow you to skip a month's payment because you are not in a situation to pay this month. Then use that month's pay to try to get bring yourself current.
If you're in an extremely adverse financial situation and there's just no way you can pay everything, then file for bankruptcy and take a breather. Despite the bankruptcy, you can negotiate with each person you owe to pay an amount that you can afford each month until you get caught up. If you are caught up you can discharge the bankruptcy and resume paying off everything. Yes, bankruptcy is not pleasant and you will have to stand in front of a judge and bare your soul, but these are difficult times, and you have to do what you have to do.
Please, please don't take your life lightly. If you commit suicide all that will happen is that the debtors will write off the debt anyway. |

First pay off and stay away from payday loans, that is what put you in the shape you are in, yes it hurts but pay them off then you be in a better position worry about the other debt later, get rid of them first then your situation will improve. Then never never take one of those out again they are a trap one of which you are deeply in, but it is not insurmountable. |

Please do not, you can get plenty of free help out there.
#1. Stop with the Payday loans, close the bank account they are taking money out of.
#2. Don't pay any bills but the absolute necessities(rent,electric,water,power).
#3. Do not give anybody your bank account #'s(payday loans, collections).
#4.File bankrupucy, all of your debts will be wiped out. |

are you aware that you can get a new start in life by filing bankrutcy? This is not somethiing you make a habit of doing. You seem very young and you will have many years ahead of you to restore your credit. I believe it takes seven years to wipe out bankruptcy from your record. But before you begin again you have lots of questions to ask yourself. What is causing you to get into so much debt? Are they school loans? Or are you just mindless spending? Are you depressed or do you feel inadequate and buying things make you feel better. If so you should get help. Nobody is perfect! God put us all here with something to work on. So work on all your flaws and insecurities. That's part of life. If you are a over spender you will be a slave to debt all your life. If this is you make up your mind to start workin on it now |

You know what, Its the fear of losing the lifestyle that we have, that makes us stubborn towards making life easier. One day all this material, house and cars isnt gonna exist anymore. What mattters most is your peace of mind. Once you are settled, even if that means letting go of your house, you can slowly build back up again for your future. Go back to school part time, get some support fromt he government. Make time for yourself to relax and exersize. Reduce the srtess in your life. Do nt make material things becoem a stress for you,. You dont need that. Aslong as you have food clothing shelter, thats what matters most. Then slowly you can work towards a luxurious life. But slowly, and properly by making smarter choices. Dont but yourself in bad stress. Keep yourself relaxed. |
