Yes thay are annoying ads, havent seen the scooter one for a while as I think the 'nice guys at picture' replaced it with the football one.
Another one I hate is Purple Loans, with Carol Vorderman encouraging people to get into debt up to their eyeballs |

It was pulled, but not because it was annoying.
It was felt that it was giving that impression that borrowing £25,000 was easy and not something to put much thought into. In other words, it made it seem like going into that much debt wasn't a big deal.
Oh, and it was VERY annoying! |

Stephen is right it was pulled because it portrayed taking a loan as an easy every day thing and not a serious decision which could affect you to the point of losing your home.
Personally I think a lot of these adverts are terrible, who would video their husband calling for a loan. |
