I would suspect the balance is owed by his estate, unless it was a joint account, then whoever was the other holder(s). I am not sure if the card is usable by anyone, though I would check with Customer Service.

You need to provide more details.
I'm sorry to hear about your husband passing, but you really didn't ask a question. Do you want to know if you can USE your deceased husband's credit card? If it is not a joint account with both of your names on it, then likely NO, you could not legally use his account.

what is the question? you want to use it? or are you asking if you have to pay for it? NO, you can't use it, or you could go to prison for that, and YES you have to pay it if you were an authorized card holder :)
