The bank has the right to call you because you owe them money. There are limitations to when they can call (they can't call you in the middle of the night) but they can cell you every day if they want to. The best thing to do is if you know you are going to be late making a payment, call them before the due date. They can put a "promise to pay" into their computer system, and in most cases if you give them a date as to when they should receive your payment, they will stop calling you until that date. And then as long as they receive the payment by that date they won't try to contact you again unless your next payment is late. |

Yea they blow my phone up, 9am on a sunday until 10pm at night, everyday. It's very annoying some days I want to throw my phone but realistically, I can't be mad at anyone but myself. I'm the one who didnt make the payment on time therefore, I have to suffer the consequences. It's sucks I understand what you mean, but that's what happens when you don't pay on time you have to deal with it. The only way to stop it is to pay your bills, just like I need to do! |

Perhaps you shouldn't have a credit card if you can't make the payments on time. While it may annoy you, the bank is more annoyed that you don't pay on time and they certainly have the right to bug you for the money you owe. The only person to blame for them calling is yourself. Make the payments and you won't waste the bank's time by making them call you. |

pay them on time and you wont get a phone call. your just bringing it on yourself and life is never simple on bills. its like if i owed you money and i was late id espect you to call saying "wheres my money fool". |

They can call you everyday from 8am to 9pm. If it is going to be late call them and let them know. If you don't want anymore phone calls, send a letter requesting no phone calls and they must abide by them. Advise you want all correspondence in writing. Good Luck! *** |

If it makes you feel better, it probably annoys them when people make an agreement to pay by a certain date and then don't.
I'm sure you would be very understanding if payday came and your boss just hadn't gotten around writing a check for you. |
