unlike a credit card the money comes right out of your bank account.

A Debit Card is similar to your ATM Card. It allows you to withdraw money from your account AND it also allows you to use it at point of purchase by means of a direct debit from your bank account. I'm simply term, it's like cash.

Your ATM carfrom the bank. They call it a debit, because you can now use it in stores and restuarants like using a credit card. The only difference is the money in a debit card gets drawn straight out of your bank account (so it is paid immediately). A credit card you pay off in monthly payments (so it isn't paid immediately, but you wound up paying more)...

Your ATM card is your Debit Card, which is your own money that deposited into the bank (saving account). You use your Debit card to withdraw cash from the ATM.

A debit card usually has a credit card logo on it (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, etc.) and looks and works just like a credit card; the only difference is it takes money from a checking account to pay for your purchases.

A debit card is like a credit card . It is issued by your bank and can be used only when there is cash in your account. When you use the card the amount you purchase for is deducted instantly from your checking or current account. Usually one cannot exceed spending over the amount available in your bank account. You also use this card at ATM's to withdraw cash.

It is kinda like a credit card but it has the advantage over a credit card because you never have to worry about paying the money back or going over your limit

A debit card acts just like a credit card but the funds that come from it come from your bank account.

It is just like a credit card but in this card all your losses are there.
