I've done it dozens of times. The online order forms are done in different ways, but all of them have some sort of way to distinguish credit card address from mailing address.

yes, when you are billed it will ask for shipping address and when you but in your credit card info it will ask for billing address. Some company's do not allow expedited shipping though, but i do it all the time. |

There is usually a Ship to address then a bill to address line.

Yes. I have a post office box for my billing address and my street address for delivery. I have even ordered gifts online and had them sent to my friend's address (you might not be able to send to someone else's address with PayPal account, though). |

Yes, you can still buy online. It will usually ask if you want to ship to your "bill to" address. They don't have to be the same. |

Yes as long as your bank card or credit card has both of the correct address. I use a P.O.Box and have stuff delivered to my home quite a bit |

Yes, I do it all the time. There is usually a box somewhere after you fill in billing address that asks you "Ship to Another Address" or something similar.
Just be sure to doublecheck right before you click "order" to make sure they have the addresses right. |
