It varies. It depends on when you signed up for service with that company and when you signed your contract (if any). My billing period ends on the 8th, and I usually get my bill around the 11th or 12th, and its due in 20 or so days. For my Nextel phone, the billing period ends on the 20th or 21st, and I get the bill around the 26th and its due in 18 days.
That's the case with Cingular and Nextel.
