Put in a complaint via the system ebay uses - you might have a problem if you didn't pay by PayPal though. Leave the seller negative feedback and keep emailing them in the hope they will send your money back. I had a similar problem where I paid for something by cheque and sent it back for a refund as it was faulty and had to wait about six weeks for my money back. You can request the sellers contact details via ebay so I rang the woman who owed me money (after sending her various emails she ignored). The personal touch seemed to work though as I did eventually get my money back. Good luck - the odd seller like this on ebay isn't good for everyone else. |

Not too much you can do unfortunately. That is why I usually bid on items that people take paypal for instances like this. You can give them negative feedback so others can see it, post them on www.ripoffreport.com, the better business bureau and ebay. |
