i thought the pin number for CREDIT card is only used for cash advances.....call the company but i dont reccomend getting cash advances from a credit card.

contact the credit company and they will send you a new one by mail (just had to do it myself). In the meantime, you can go to a bank and take out a cash advance, and that does not require a PIN #, just your credit card and drivers license.
