NEVER EVER give out personal information to anyone you do not know and trust. Not by mail, phone or email. Period. If this man truly is a relative, there are legal and safe methods for receiving his estate. Via email is not one of them. Delete the messages, they are phishing you.

I wouldn't give any information to anyone through unsolicted emails. If you're due any kind of an inhertience because someone died a person from the probate court would certainly contact you either in person or with certified mail. This is a scam and all he is trying to do is get details from you so he can rip you off.

Delete these emails and don't think twice about them.

You are kidding? This is the biggest scam in the world. When you see these emails, don't even read them. DELETE them and go on. If you answer them you are encouraging them and they will never leave you alone...........

I keep saying to people and I know it is old but. "THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A FREE LUNCH". Don't get sucked in........

ATTENTION! LISTEN CLOSELY!

This is a HUGE internet scam aimed at getting access to your bank information so they can wipe you out. I have a cousin in the FBI and he told me this is a huge problem. All of the ones I get come from Africa and say something like they have lots of money they need to give to "survivor". Don't fall for this!!! BLOCK THEM ALL ANd DON'T OPEN THEM

gates_goins
Delete them and block them.

Scam, Scam, Scam. If it were for real, they would not be contacting you via e-mail. These days, No honest reputable companies will send e-mails to anyone collecting personal info. Even banks & credit card companies tell their members not to respond to emails wanting info that appears from them.
The best thing is Not even open the messages, because some programs verify that they reached a valid e-mail address when people open them, and then the spam never stops coming.

I would have them send you something in the mail that you can take to a lawyer and have it looked over to see if it is real, and tell you what you should do. But until they do don't give them anything
