It means you can go to an atm machine and pull cash like a debit card, DON"T DO IT!!! You get charged a lot more for hte interest on a cash withdrawl.
donna_rawlings2002
I should think that it means that you can withdraw cash from a cash machine, but I would not advise doing at as they charge you LOADS MORE interest on top of your normal one!
Jo
Means you can withdraw at a cash point and ask for cash back at the store.

if you had no credit cards and the shop assisant says the hi fi you have bought is cash on demand which means you pay cash for it and not on a store card or credit card. its a better way then you owe the store where you purchased it no hire purchase etc

Also known as 'Cash Advance', where you can use your credit card to get cash out from an ATM (hole in the wall). Be careful though as credit card companies usually charge a fee for this, I know my credit card charges 50p/ÂŁ10 fee + a higher interest rate. It's also worth noting that when paying your credit card the cash advance is the last to be paid.
