This is called bank fraud and identify theft both of which are felonies.
They will find out the next time they check their credit and you could be in huge trouble with the police and the feds depending on how this transaction was performed.

The lender will find out & prosecute & you will go to jail for forgery, fraud, identity theft. Your parents credit will be messed up- you won't have a home - your whole family will hate you. Really really dumb idea.

You commit two felonies at once, and since they're your parents they may or may not press charges. How old are you? If your a legal adult (18+) I would not attempt this, Best case scenario is they kick you out of the house and make you live on your own, worst case scenario you get 5-10 in the slammer. Just know this- they will find out. Expect it.

huh? You CANNOT use them as a co-signers and they are not aware of it. They have to sign the documents. Unless you are forging their signatures.

If you go into default and get caught, the credit company can press charges. Your parents might forgive you but the loan department won't.
