bill gates does not exist anymore. BILL GATES has now assumed his life. the former is a freeborn sovereign citizen. the latter is a corporate entity. the latter has no credit score as you and i do. he is rated by dunn & bradstreet. it is a myth that billionaires do not borrow money. every wealthy person knows that you do not risk your own money of projects. that is why the stock market was invented. |

Im unsure of his actual score but when someone with that much money wants to borrow money they use a financial statement. We credit cards and credit scores. Millionaires and billionaires just use financial statements which show lenders how well their money is managed. |

He may have a lower score because he doesn't buy large items on credit. However many billionaires have a signature card that allows them unlimited credit lines plus perks like no waiting for reservations and ability to purchase tickets before they go on sale. These cards have to be paid off, so that builds some credit. |

This is what I love about silly questions. They often point to very real issues. In this case, the inadequacy of the current system of measuring a person's willingness and ability to repay.
The fact is that Bill Gates probably doesn't have a perfect credit score. I'll bet that Mr. Gates's accountant probably neglected to pay something at some time making it more than 30 days past due. It really does happen to everybody. And, as somebody previously pointed out, it is quite likely that he doesn't finance his purchases. Lack of credit history is often worse than bad credit (as long as the bad credit items are resolved).
That having been said, I would feel fairly confident in loaning Bill Gates money. |
