When a person does not pay their bills and after so long, they clamp onto your paycheck. A Collection Lawyer , will send a notice to your boss and order a garnishment. Then every paycheck so much will be taken out and sent to the Collection sevice., until paid in full. Boss's really hate doing this. It is one of the worse forms of harrasment that hard workers should have to tolerate. Some collection agency, have no shame and they are so hungry, they will do anything to collect money. A certain % will go to the collection service. SO if you can get a loan and pay off the bill, that would be the best thing to do. It will stop the embarassment of your boss knowing about a situation that is no ones business , except your own. |
