American Express Blue Cash offers 5% Cash rebate and a fair APR. 0% intro for 15 months! You can apply for the personal or business version, they both offer the same perks. |

The American Express Blue Cash is a good cash back rewards card for many people.
However, you can use this rewards calculator to see which rewards card will pay you the most for your particular spending profile:

I would recommend the Citi Dividend Platinum Select Card..
It is lovely, I have it and you get dividend dollars for all that you spend. And, they send it to you in a check form. It is great.
2% on gas, drug stores, and groceries. 1% everywhere else. |

Fixed you are limited. The only credit card I've seen with a fixed interest is Juniper but they don't have open applications online, you have to receive it by mail. You might be able to call their customer service and find out about it.
Other cards - American Express Blue or Blue Cash, even Discover (but they are a bit more stingy about credit limits) |

I got a Sinclair Mastercard. It offers 7% cashback on gas at any Sinclair station, and 2% cashback on any other purchase.
Its nice to see $30 - $200 taken off my bill every month.
But its also 14% interest if you arent in the habit of paying off the balance every month.
If you are looking for a way to buy stuff and make minimum payments, a credit card is perhaps the worst decision you can make. |

NO credit card.
Open an interest bearing account at any bank and have them issue you a check card that looks and works exactly as a credit card.
You will have a perfect payment history and zero interest forever..in fact they will pay YOU interest !!
If you insist on a zero card, search the internet and keep changing cards when the period ecxpires, but be careful...those who offer if will trick you into defaulting and automatically place you at anywhere 24 to 30%.
Do you REALLY think a profit making institution could stay in business if they gave people zero interest and it cost THEM money to do it ??..It's called Entice and Entrapment. |

The best low interest card with rewards currently is a toss-up between the Citibank Diamond preferred rewards credit card, and the Blue Cash from American express. Currently (subject to change) the Amex Blue offers 5% cash back and 6 month of 0% on purchases, whereas the Citbank diamond preferred rewards card offers 12 months of 0% on balance transfers.
Another good one that isn't mentioned very often is the BucksBack Platinum edition card. 0% apr for the first 12 months, $10 reward check upon approval and $10 reward check on your first approval, plus $25 reward checks for every $2,500 you spend on the card. |

The best credit card is the one that is shredded and sitting at the bottom of a trash can. If you really need plastic in your wallet, get a debit card. Stay out of debt and save your money. Why would you want to spend $25,000 to get a $250 flight voucher (from the points)? I'd rather spend less money and save up for the fun stuff. |
