Citibank Points card. There is no annual fee, a low interest rate, and you can use the points for gift cards, cash, travel...basically anything you could possibly want.

Hope this helps.

Get wise, don't have any of them.

Some good ones include the AmEx Blue Cash and the Capital One No Hassle Miles Ultra for Professionals. The best card for you will depend on your spending profile (how much you spend in various rewards categories).

You can use this rewards calculator to see which rewards credit card will pay you the most for your spending profile:

I was just reading an article that said Capital One is the best. you can choose your own rewards and benefits, plus other features on their website.

NO credit card is good to have. But if you must, one with rewards (cash or points) if you plan to pay off the balance every month. If you can't, then one with a low interest rate.

credit cards are a rip off unless you pay the balance off every month to avoid the fees and charges. american express used to require the balance to be paid each month. if by 'rewards' you mean sky miles, added warrenties on purchases, id theft protection, and such they all offer this type of stuff. but if you just want to keep a balance on the card, they charge what loan sharks used to and doing so does not help your credit ratings at all. stay with a zero balance, owe as little on your car/house as you can if you want to have good credit.

1. The Blue Sky Credit Card

A very popular credit card from American express, the Blue Sky Credit Card, is a truly rewarding partner when it comes to airline rewards. Besides providing the world class American express benefits, this credit card offers savings on any airline, hotel or car rentals. The great feature of the Blue Sky Credit Card reward program is that there are no blackout dates and the credit card comes without any travel restricitons. The big big bonus on the Blue Sky Credit Card is the 0.00% IntroAPR and of course No Annual Fee. Say good bye to travel restrictions and welcome airline rewards with open arms.

2. Gold Delta SkyMiles Credit Card

Another good airline reward credit card from American express the Gold Delta SkyMiles Credit Card has a very special reward offer. It gives 15000 bonus miles with the first purchase. If you add another cardmember you get 2,500 bonus miles. The airline reward program of Gold Delta SkyMiles Credit Card has Always Double Miles on eligible everyday purchases and all Delta purchases and One mile for every other eligible dollar spent. This excellent airline reward credit card has no annual fee for the first year. On the whole a good credit card to have. Reward credit cards reward you depending on the amount you spend on the credit card. Usually, you can collect rewards through 3 methods. One method involves earning cash back on the card, which is generally a certain percentage of each amount you spend. The next method involves giving points or any other type of token to the customers to accrue. They can then redeem these points for gifts like luggage, cosmetics and other goodies that the credit card company offers. Most of these reward schemes have alluring gifts and huge variety of selections. But the better option is to go for a cash back reward as it allows you to use the money any way you like.

My favorite is miles (discover) cause I love traveling and it's nice to earn miles as I spend.

Take a look for more info and find out if it's the right card for you.

They also list other reward cards that may work better depending on your interests.

I have a Tesco one and get Tesco Vouchers every quarter based on what I spend. Not sure if that is the type of rewards you mean but I get about £15 per quarter to spend in Tesco.
