FICO is 300-850
There is a new version of scores announced March 2006 called the Vantage Score which will eventually dominate everywhere including internationally.
This score ranges from 501-990

For the normal FICO score, the range 350 - 850. FICO came out with a NextGen FICO in 2001 which ranges from 300 - 950, but it has not been widely accepted yet. |

FICO scores (the system that matters the most) range from 300 to 850. If your score is 720 or higher, you have excellent credit and can get the best rates on mortgages, loans, etc. There are other systems besides FICO, but these systems are not used as much by lenders. All three major credit reporting agencies (Experian, Equifax and TransUnion) have their own way of determining your FICO score based on what is reported to them, so technically you have 3 different FICO scores. They're probably all about the same. |

Each bureau has it's own range, but they are similar.
