Are you sure you spelled that name right? I can't find any information on them but it sounds to me like you got scammed.
Any time a company wants a Western Union payment, check them out thoroughly before you send it. Western Union is one of the favorite methods of scammers to get your money.
There are a lot of pre-paid cell phones out there that you can buy locally. I've seen them in 7 - 11, OfficeMax, any number of places. I'm afraid you've lost your money. Ask them for a refund since they changed the plan after you sent your money in. You probably won't get it but it's worth a shot.
Why would you need two cell phones anyway? |

Sounds like a scam to me. How did you hear about this company? Do you know anyone else that has used them?
Contact the Better Business Bureau and they will hash it out for you. If they have enough complaints the company has to shut down.
Good Luck! |

If you paid for it by Western Union, you've been scammed. You won't get your money back. But for FSM's sake don't send them any more money. |

As you can see, they are in Great Britain, so suing them for your money back may not work. I'd try to get a refund anyway and let them know you don't WANT 2 phones, just the one you ordered. Either send the ONE phone, the money back or forget about the deal.
See if you can take legal action against them.
Good Luck.
Stay with regular phone providers in future. |

Sorry, you got scammed. Don't ever, ever, ever send money Western Union to someone you don't know. Unfortunately, you don't have any way of getting your money back, you just learned an expensive lesson. |

They're conning you. A real phone company gives product first, then gets paid. Don't go with them, and don't send them any more money. Go with a reputable company. |

Are there any legally binding documents that back your purchase? Is there a cointract? Do you have a receipt?
I checked this company at a glance just now in some classifieds and it does look like a scam. DO NOT send them any more money. Explain that you wanted to buy just one cell phone, if they can´t ship it, ask for your money back. If they don´t refund your money, then try getting it through a law suit iof possible. If nothing else works, just take it as a lesson.
I hope everything works out for the best with you. |

If they won't send you one phone that you paid for, they sure as **** ain't going to send you two. Report them to your trading standards or equiv. and put it down to experience. |

Sounds like a scam to me. If it's not a scam they are just trying to sell you more products and I would try to get my money back if I were you. If they have a customer service number call that. |

Can you now get your money back? That sounds like a scam or something.....where is the company located...over seas? I know I would not be giving them any more money. I would actually call and talk to the supervisor about the policy and what happened. Peace! |

This is a scam. Demand a refund; if you don't get it, file a complaint with the state Attorney General. Go get your phone through one of the big carriers; if you sign up for a long enough contract (typically 2 years), they will give you a phone for free. |

apparently you already paid for the phone, but does it work? if not try to get it turned on by another phone service, it is possible and don't do this again |

Doesn't sound right. I just did a yahoo search and this shows up with a hotmail address - mainly for dating ads. I'd say you've probably been taken. Do not send anymore money to these people. |

Sounds like a scam to me. Just go to cingular and buy a phone like everyone else. No one should ask you to pay twice. Most scams involve Western Union because they are incredibly hard to track down. Don't be fooled. If you request a refund and they refuse you, file a police report. |

If you pay for 2, they could change their policy to 3. Is there a place where you can report them? |

this is a scam----contact the police and have them work to get your money back----also file a complaint with the better business bureau on this company----try putting a stop payment on the money if you can (if it was a check)----never ever send money via western union unless it is to a family member or true friend |

Do not buy another phone, they will make you buy more and more. They're just jacking you around. Tell them you changed your mind because you were counting on the terms in place when you paid, and you want your money back since you didn't get the phone. If they refuse, there are legal ways to fight back.
Also, always use a credit card when buying anything online (paypal is great), as you can file a claim with the credit card company if something lik this happened. I'm glad I used a credit card when I did business with a crappy little company called stamps.com. The credit card company was VERY helpful. |
